We help students across the MENA region achieve their academic and professional goals through personalised university admissions guidance, BTEC programmes, private tutoring, career counselling, summer programmes, and academic research support.

Our services are designed for students at all stages — from secondary school students (Year 9 and above) planning their university journey, to university students needing academic support, to young professionals seeking career guidance. We serve students and families throughout the UAE, GCC, and wider MENA region, as well as Arab diaspora communities internationally.

Our headquarters is in Dubai, UAE. However, the majority of our services are delivered online, which means we serve students anywhere in the UAE, across the GCC (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman), and across the broader MENA region including Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, and more. Distance is not a barrier to receiving our full range of services.

We recommend starting the university application process at least 12 months before your intended start date. For highly competitive programmes or universities, 18 months is even better. This allows time for thorough research, building your application profile, preparing your personal statement, and completing all required tests (IELTS, SAT, etc.). Starting early significantly improves outcomes.

We help students apply to universities across the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, and Europe. Our network includes partnerships with over 50 universities globally. We have particular expertise in UK university applications (UCAS), US Common App, and direct UAE university applications. We can guide you regardless of which destination you are targeting.

Yes, we provide guidance on student visa requirements and processes for major destination countries including the UK (Student Visa), USA (F-1), Canada (Study Permit), and Australia (Subclass 500). We help you understand what documents are required, how to prepare your financial evidence, and the timelines involved. We do not submit visa applications on your behalf, but we prepare you thoroughly so the process runs smoothly.

Yes. We offer Pearson BTEC qualifications, which are among the most widely recognised vocational qualifications in the world. Pearson BTECs are accepted by universities in the UK, UAE, Australia, Canada, and many other countries. A Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma is considered equivalent to three A-Levels by most UK universities and many international institutions.

The duration depends on the level and the study pace. A Level 3 Extended Diploma (equivalent to 3 A-Levels) typically takes 12–18 months on a full-time basis, or up to 24 months part-time. Level 4 and Level 5 Higher Nationals typically take 12 months per level full-time. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate working professionals and students balancing other commitments.

Absolutely. Many of our BTEC students are working professionals. We offer evening and weekend class options, and our online delivery makes it possible to study from anywhere at times that suit your schedule. Our flexible coursework-based assessment system (there are no final exams) also means you can manage your workload around your professional commitments.

We cover all major subjects including Mathematics, Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), English Language and Literature, Arabic, Business Studies, Economics, and more. For curricula, we support IGCSE, O-Level, A-Level, IB (International Baccalaureate), UAE Ministry of Education (MOE), and university-level subjects. Yes. We offer both online and in-person tutoring. Online sessions are conducted via video call with interactive whiteboard tools, making them as effective as face-to-face sessions for most subjects. Online tutoring also allows us to match students with the best-qualified tutor regardless of location, which often results in better outcomes.

All tutors at Bawabat Al Ibdaa go through a rigorous selection process including qualification verification, background checks, a practical teaching demonstration, and reference checks. Most of our tutors hold relevant university degrees or higher qualifications in their subject areas, and many have prior teaching experience in accredited schools or universities. We also monitor ongoing student satisfaction and progress.
